Our vision

„WE FOR CHILDREN“ is our heartfelt.
…because children are our future.

With projects and actions we support children and young people in difficult situations – especially children from financially weak families, siblings of (seriously) ill and disabled children (so-calledin German shadow children), but also the ill and disabled children themselves, and grieving children and young people.

Our aim is to show children and young people prospects – professional and private, sporting and cultural, human and social – to strengthen their self-esteem and personality, to put them in the centre of attention or simply to make them forget their worries for a short time.

We believe that every person – and therefore every child – has a talent! 

The project Strengthening, Educating, Giving a Future helps to uncover these talents. With workshops that pick up the children in their environment – e.g. music, social media, gaming, film – the kids experience themselves as people who can do something and learn important skills for the future – both technically and socially. 

Since they themselves decide what they want to do and how they want to do it, an understanding of democracy develops. And through creativity they also learn the tools for one or the other future profession, broaden their horizons and strengthen their self-esteem. 

And we believe that children have a right to love and respect their needs and wishes.
These often fade into the background when it comes to shadow children or mourning children, as the sick child or the adults‘ own grief consumes all their strength.

Here we help with our leisure and football camps and put these children in the centre of attention. Together with other children they can just be a child for a short time and do not have to explain to anyone what is bothering or annoying them, because the other children are in a similar situation. 

We are supported by artists, athletes and many other people who care about the well-being and future of children and young people as much as we do – on a voluntary and honorary basis.
